Terms of Service

Resources is a human-curated link-sharing platform operated by the company being incorporated in the Principality of Andorra to run the service. These terms will be updated with the registered entity details once incorporation completes. You can reach us at contact@myresources.app.

Resources lets you build boards, organize them into lists, and save resources (links and their metadata). Boards can be public, in which case anyone can read them, or private. Visitors can follow a profile, a board, or a list to keep track of what a creator curates. There are no likes and no comments. Only the creator sees per-resource view counts.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Resources.
• We offer two-factor authentication and recommend enabling it.
• You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

You keep all rights to the boards, lists, and resources you create. We do not claim ownership of your content.

To operate the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to run Resources, for example to render a public board to its visitors. When you make a board public, you are choosing to publish it, and you grant visitors the ability to view and follow it. This license ends when you delete the content, subject to short-lived copies in backups.

You are responsible for the content you save and for having the right to share it.

You agree not to use Resources to:

• Post or link to content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or share material that does so.
• Distribute malware, run automated scraping at scale, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate a creator.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service or its infrastructure.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The Resources Save extension lets you save the page you are viewing into one of your boards. It reads the current page only when you act, and sends that data to your account over a secure connection. How it handles data is described in our Privacy Policy. You use the extension on the same terms as the rest of the service.

A board can have members with different roles: admin, contributor, or reader. The board owner and admins decide who is invited and what each member can do. If you join a team board, you agree to act within the role you are given.

Paid subscriptions are not currently offered. If we introduce them, additional terms covering pricing, billing, and refunds will apply and will be presented to you before any purchase. Nothing in these terms obligates you to pay for the service today.

The Resources name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any right to use our brand without permission. Links you save remain the property of their respective owners.

Resources is built around links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site you reach through a resource. Visiting those sites is at your own discretion.

We work to keep Resources available and reliable, but we provide the service on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, Resources is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content, or profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using Resources and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or our infrastructure. On termination, your content is removed from our live systems as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra. Where you use the service from the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Andorra, without prejudice to those mandatory protections.

We may update these terms as the product evolves or as the operating company completes its incorporation. When we make a material change, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Resources after a change means you accept the updated terms.
